Return Policy

If you should find it necessary to exchange or return merchandise please read the following information for return policies and instructions. If you have further questions feel free to contact our customer service staff at: 727-898-5335.

Underwear is not returnable unless defective. Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your order within 60 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Items returned after 60 days will be issued a store credit.

Refunds

Items ordered from this website should be returned to It’s Our Nature for refunds. Credit card sales will be refunded to the card used in the purchase. Depending on your bank’s billing cycle, credits may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damages in shipping are rare but they do occur. In order for claims to be processed you must save all cartons and packaging items. If shipment is sent First Class Priority Mail please contact our offices for further information. For U.P.S. shipments you can contact us, or for faster service call your local U.P.S. office to arrange for inspection of the damaged items.
